Over the years, we have made it our business to get to know our clients and the challenges they face whilst refurbishing their properties. We find that the main issues fall within three categories: Financial, Process Control and Communication.

Financial Issues

We understand that cost is very important to our clients as they are working to a budget. Product Durability and Quality are essential in order to meet standards and save money in the longer term. The delivery of projects is also very important as our clients suffer financially if a scheme is not completed on time and on budget.

Process Control

When building or refurbishing their properties, our clients need suppliers that can deliver the following:

Communication

We are aware that our clients need a single point of contact that ensures communication can flow easily between the relevant parties so that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently and that the client/resident is kept informed throughout the duration of the programme.
